Welcome to Antiques & Moore! This listing is for a gorgeous 77-piece set of vintage Wallace "Sir Christopher" Sterling Silver place size flatware (6 piece service for 12 plus 5 serving pieces). This beautiful pattern was designed by William Warren (the most famous of the Wallace designers) and was introduced in 1936. The pattern was created to honor a renowned British architect Sir Christopher Wren and was created in the beautiful English Renaissance style with intricate chased design. William Warren also designed the "Grand Baroque" pattern which is considered to be one of the most popular patterns ever produced in Sterling silver flatware.

All pieces are authentic and marked "Wallace, Sterling". 12 Place Knives - measure 9 1/4 (stainless blades, sterling handles).

12 Place Forks - measure 7 1/4. 12 Salad Forks - measure 6 3/8. 12 Butter Spreaders - measure 6 1/8 (with stainless blades and sterling handles). 1 Master Butter Spreader - measures 6 5/8 (stainless blade, sterling handle). 12 Iced Tea Spoons - measure 7 1/2.

12 Teaspoons - measure 5 7/8. 1 Cold Meat Serving Fork - measures 7 7/8. 1 Slotted Spoon - measures 8 3/8.

1 Serving Spoon - measures 8 1/2. 1 Cheese Server - measures 6 3/8 (stainless blade, sterling handle). The set is in excellent Estate condition and are marked "Wallace, Sterling". The knives have Sterling handles and stainless steel blades. Silver weight (excluding the place knives and sterling/stainless pieces) is 4.10 pounds.

All the knives, spreaders and cheese server (with a combination of sterling silver and stainless) have a combined weight of 3.6 pounds. Total weight of set is 8.0 pounds.
