106 Piece Set Reed & Barton "Burgundy" Pattern Sterling Silver Flatware. One hundred and six piece set of sterling silver flatware in Reed & Bartons 1949 Burgundy pattern. Service for twelve with 8 piece place settings and 6 serving pieces.
11 hollow sterling silver handle, modern style stainless steel blade knives 8 3/4 inches long 2 hollow sterling silver handle, new French style stainless steel blade knives 9 inches long 12 forks 7 3/16 inches long, silver weight is 23.46ozt. 13 salad forks 6 9/16 inches long, silver weight is 17.1ozt. 13 round bowl soup spoons 6 1/4 inches long, silver weight is 20.1ozt. 25 tea spoons 5 5/16 inches long, weight is 29.3ozt.
12 demitasse spoons 4 3/16 inches long, weight is 6.13ozt. 12 hollow sterling silver handle, stainless steel blade butter knives 6 7/16 inches long.3 table / serving spoons 8 3/8 inches long, silver weight is 9.25ozt. 1 pierced bowl table / serving spoon 8 3/8 inches long, silver weight is 2.88ozt.
2 cold meat serving forks 7 15/16 inches long, silver weight is 5.3ozt. The set is in very good, very clean hardly if ever used condition, not worn, not bent, no dents, no dings, no monograms. 13 of the tea spoons and all the demitasse spoons are still in original sealed plastci bags.Handle of one knife and one butter knife are engraved 1961, no other engraving. Marked Reed & Barton Sterling on the back of the handles, hollow handle pieces are marked Reed & Barton Mirrorstele Sterling Handle on the blades.
