Antique French Sterling Silver set of 12 forks. 12 dessert or entremet knives. S a model style Empire.

Signed by silversmith Henri Soufflot. Length of the forks (Longueur) : 7,36 in (18,70cm). Weight (12 forks) 21,059 oz (597grammes). They are in very good state They have no bump or deformation (distortion) and it are very brilliant. The silversmith mark : HS with With a rising sun and a star below for SOUFFLOT, Henri registed in Paris in April 12th, 1884 until April 30th, 1910.

It was installed à Paris 16 rue Chapon Paris. Marqué sur toutes les fourchettes. Silver garantee hallmarks Minerva 1 head titre mark, 950/1000 First French silver standard (higher then sterling 925/1000).

Marked on all the forks. 9 knives of a model and 3 of a slightly different model. Which were not a forks but it agree very well together. Is a model of style Empire. Circa 1st half of 20th century.

Length (Longueur) : 7,67 7,87 in (19,5 - 20 cm) weight (12 knives) 10,829 oz (307grammes). The handles are wood & sterling silver caps and collars (Exempted from hallmark because he are too small according to the French mark). Good condition, blades are not perfected. They have old oxidations which are cleaned. Have hairline age or drying crack.

Weight of the set without knives : 21,059 oz (0,597 kilogrammes). Weight of the set with knives : 31,8870 oz (0,904 kilogrammes).
